FATHER'S DAY
There is nothing sweeter to me than seeing Logan and his Papa. They just adore each other. Happy Father's Day, sweetheart. You are the best father ever and Logan sure is lucky to have such a sweet, loving, kind, dedicated father that loves him so much.
I love you both more than words can say.

Seven months
As far as milestones or just totally fun things this month is that he really, really, really wants to crawl but so far he just balances on all fours and rocks back and forth and it looks like he's thinking "Well, any minute now, I will propell forward..." He does have the scootin' or army crawling down pat, though. If you turn your back for a second, you will find him NOT where you left him. That's a preview of things to come, I'm sure...He seems to be getting longer and is now wearing 12-month old clothing, which is sad, because there are still quite a bit of 9-month old clothes he did not get to wear. This past week I kept trying to put him in those clothes but the poor thing just looks like he's Bruce Banner, you know, right when he realizes he has been made "angry" and he begins to transition into the Incredible Hulk and rip thru his clothes. Ok. So I need to let go. He's wearing 12-month labeled clothes now.
Another really great invention to add to my list is the "overnight" diaper. A little disclaimer, though. Apparently, just because the box says "12-hour" diaper it does NOT mean that you can get away with using just two diapers a day. At first I was like... "Wait a minute... 12-hour diaper? Well, there are 24 hours in a day... divided by two... Wow. This box of diapers will last forever!"
No.
He's also a great little eater. He's less and less interested in milk and wants more of the pureed foods. It makes me happy, especially since I spent 3 days making the last batch of baby food:)
So far his menu includes sweet potatoes, carrots, bananas, green beans, peaches, apples, prunes, squash, avocado, cantaloupe, zuchini, yellow squash, pears and broccoli, all sided with either oatmeal or rice. Bon Appetit!

Plethora of blog updates
Logan is doing great and we have had a ball the past few weeks visiting with friends and going to the pool and to the park, Petsmart, and the bookstore, giving the little guy an opportunity to be exposed to different sights, sounds and textures. Not to mention animals (puppies, cats, birds, fish)
Also, it seems like he really wants to crawl. I first noticed that he started scooting a few weeks ago when I put him down on his mat and I turned around for a second and found he had propelled himself backwards.
He has figured out how to get up on all fours and then he starts rocking back and forth. It's pretty hilarious.
Then he just nose-dives!
If only I could get over to those toys...
He LOVES to go shopping with mom and dad and be in the Bjorn, I think because it gives him a much different perspective of the world. Look at how happy he looks!
And last but not least, this past week I've outdone myself with home-made baby food. My friend Ahsley lent me her Beaba Baby Cook which is just awesome. I made enough food for weeks. I loved it. I never cook this much for my husband! So far, Logan has liked everything I've given him. All fruits and veggies! Sweet potatoes being his absolute favorite. They are mine, too.
