Two Months

Logan and his very first friend, Ryan, already chasing after girls...

Today was Logan's two-month check up with his Pediatrician. He got all his shots and he was not a fan. This was the calm before the storm: Aside from that, here are his current stats:

As you know, he weighed 9lbs 9oz at birth. Got down as low as 8lbs 4oz and at two months is back up to a hefty 12 lbs 12.5 oz. He is 25 inches long which puts him off the charts in height, above the 97% percentile. Figures, as he has been wearing clothes that are labeled up to 6 months.

Another new thing this week is that Logan and I joined Stroller Strides. It's this Stroller workout, where you meet with other moms at a park and proceed to work out as you walk and/or run with the stroller and stop for "stations" where you workout with bands and do squats and walking lounges, etc. Babies also get to come out of the stroller and workout with the moms when we do floor exercises on the grass, etc. Logan did very well and mama got a good burn.

This past weekend was SUPERCROSS. Dan and his buds go every year, a tradition that dates back many, many years. This year Logan and I could not go with Daddy, but his friends stopped by before the big event to meet our little guy. Chris and Rani brought us home-made Lasagna (thanks, guys! it was delicious!) and then the boys headed out for some moto fun.

And last but not least, Logan is starting to grasp things and bring them to his mouth, even if half the time it's by "accident." This is his hypoallergenic, teething-designed, very cute, squeaky Giraffe he got from our friend Wendy.

Thanks everybody for all your phone calls, emails, visits, gifts, home-made meals and overall support and generosity. Logan is so lucky to have such a great family and extended family of great friends.
